a treasured person that will be sadly missed i met him years ago my father was in his music video, i tried,,,jeff was an awesome man,,,my thoughts to the family

My heart broke when I heard about Jeff. He had an awesome talent, a wonderful voice. My prayers go out to his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.

A truly great loss to the music world.

Truly a great loss. Not only was Jeff a fabulous musician, but a class act as a human being as well. My heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and all others who mourn his passing.

We must always remember that it's not the wilting of the flower that makes it most memorable, but the beauty that eminated from it while in full bloom.

Extraordinary talent, he will be missed!

We have lost another great talent and a special man!

To the family of Jeff Healey I am so sorry for your loss You will be in my prayers and thoughts....

Roadhouse was my first Jeff Healey experience, and I was hooked. Loved going down to Healey's in Toronto to see the great bands, especially when Jeff was there and would just get up on stage and play - such a treat. Had always planned on making the trip after I moved away, sorry to hear it won't be to see Jeff. Thank you and love to his family and friends.

He was a good man and singer!!!

as a musician i had heard of jeff but not heard his music until the movie roadhouse. from that day on i have had the utmost respect the man and his awesome talent! i will surely be adding a mess of blues cd to my healey collection as soon as it hits the street.
will surely miss your musical spirit.

To the family of Jeff Healey: May God help you through this difficult time ... Jeff was a wonderful man with unbelievable talent. Our prayer for you is that your sadness will soon be replaced with fond memories. My deepest sympathy, Lisa

Jeff Healey was truly a spectacular artist that many ppl. will miss. Jeff rocked in Kincolith last summer and it was a very exceptional performance that many people are remembering upon hearing the news. Your performance here at Crabfest will never be forgotten - may God be with your family and friends at this time. It was a pleasure to work with you and have you in the "Seafood Capital of the Nass".

To the family of Jeff Healey: May you find peace for your hearts and souls, assured that Jeff is sharing his music with all the angels in the heavens.

To Jeff. May God bless you and may your inspiration carry on ! There are so many people down here that love you.. You touched hearts and souls! I love you!

I have been grieving over losing my husband the father of our son and "the Love of my Life for almost 6 yrs-he was 48-a big biker with a huge heart. My heart goes out to Jeff's wife and kids. I had just recently started to enjoy music again! Yes, I was so down and out from the loss. Anyway, a friend told me about Jeff Healy. Just a few days later I heard of his death. I was just getting to know him - I have faith he is in a huge concert in Heaven-with Hendrix, Joplin, Clapton's baby, and so many others, my husband would really enjoy that. But, like sometimes I say-"I would rather have known him and loved him for the time we had-than to have never loved him at all."
Thank you Jeff Healey you pulled me out of a Deep Hole :)you will be a part of my life-for as long as I am breathing.
To his family and the Band-All God's Blessings and Peace for you all ^J^,
Always, still "Pickles' wife.

Only the good die young.
I saw jeff play a few times, always made the hairs stand up on the back of my neck. The world has lost a hell of a guy. Alison

Saw Jeff live in the eighties and again last year. Always humble, always funny, always inspiring and a hell of a guitar player...Thanks for all the great memories.

THE FIRST TIME I HEARD JEFF SING I HAD CHILLS FROM HIS BEAUTIFUL VOICE, BUT THAN I LEARNED SOMETHING I NEVER NEW AND COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT A MAN WHO WAS BLIND COULD SEE THROUGH MUSIC BETTER THAN ALL OF US TOGETHER - GOD TAKES CARE OF PEOPLE LIKE JEFF...

I am 22 years old and Jeff Healey was my first dose of "real" music if you will. I was stuck in a world of pop like many girls my age at the time. I remember the moment i heard Angel Eyes, coming out of my uncles speakers in his car and he was telling me all about who was singing it and i realized what a gorgeous song it was and how much substance it had to it and i guess u could say it was a sort of an awakening for me i think. And now I eat, sleep, and breathe classic rock... Ive since learned to play the guitar and i started singing and ive found my passion and id like to think Mr Healey was surely a part of that. May you R.I.P. Mr Healey and i hope that somewhere, whereever that somewhere is.. u and the S.R.V. are rockin again! Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou and id like to express my deepest and most sincere condolences to The Healey family and everyone who knew and loved him and was touched by him in any way at all.

Dear Jeff,
You did not stay in this world for long, is it true that "The Good Die Young?! I believe it is. You have made the best of what you've got, in the past 41 years. You have become one of the most talented, greatest musician of all time, a wonderful husband and father, and have the best qualities of a human being. I have met/chatted with you briefly before, and felt your sincerity and warmth even for just a few minutes. Glad I had the opportunity to hear you play LIVE ...May peace be with you... My deepest sympathy and condolences to your family relative and friends for the tragic loss. You will be remembered and sorely missed. - Sukman Lee, Toronto, Canada

I remember seeing Jeff play in Borden years ago with my husband and best friend.....the three of us danced to "Angel Eyes" and my friend and I cried. It was the best time ever listening to Jeff sing, we felt as if it was our own private concert. Will always remember Jeff, and hugs and angels to his wife and family.

i love ya music , you be sadly missid!!

Ive got 2 hang out with Jeff in Ottawa last year at t he Rainbow. My band played 4 him and i bought him a few beers and got 2 chat with em 4 a while. After all was said and done Jeff offered me his guitar pick. Same pick he said he used at the show he did that same night at the Ex. I'll never forget how humble and amazing Jeff was. He was a real down 2 earth guy.. He is a Legend in his own right and he will continue 2 live on threw his Music and his lovely children.

(RIP) Our Angel Eyes (K)

I will miss him. I loved his " Angel Eyes" song. it is one of he easier songs that I can sing and I can sound a lot like him in this song. He was definately a very tallented person. He was a very strong willed person to live a life knowing he had cancer and do what he does best and not letting the cancer keep him from his dreams. I look up to him! If I was at least half the man he was I would be happy. I remember first hearing his song. I was with my family in Kentucky national park for a week. I had always hoped that if I ever found a special person to remarry to, I would sing that song to her in our wedding. I will keep him in my memories and keep his family and him in my prayers. GOD bless you! Robert Ervin Newport,TN rle102669@yahoo.com
