as sad as it is losing Steven far too soon (something I could never have imagined as he was always just there) there is so much to remember. From catching frogs, throwing stones, playing rugby to playing guitars, going to concerts, meeting girls and going drinking, on to starting families and growing older. All these parts will never fit here on the page but they will always be with me in my thoughts on Steven and no doubt recounted often when friends get together. I will slowly add some photos as I scan up the older ones but here is our 1964 primary school photo to start with. So I have known Steven for at least 46 years. Once school faded we didn't pass every day but we never lost touch and our friendship would be as fresh and current whenever we caught up over the decades and that is enough to hope for from any true friend and that will never fade with love from your friend Peter

I count myself very fortunate to have attended Chatswood High School and to have spent those years with such a fabulous range of people, so many of whom have continued firm friendships 43 years on.
I remember Steven as a lovely gentle boy, fun to be around, and I have some great memories of school afternoons at this place, Mrs Jessup always welcoming, a pretty full on tequila party at Steven's house, which I am surprised I can remember at all, camping times at Weenie creek and a great weekend at the Bong Bong picnic races.
I am so sad to have heard about Steven's passing and my heart goes out to his family and all his friends.
I will never forget you Steven. May your spirit be at peace.
Love always, Leonie
