following his wonderful success at his beloved Motherwell, Phil O'donnell's dream of exploiting the historic hoops was granted. the skeptics were there, wondering why Tommy Burns signed the charismatic Scottish Cup winner for a colossal fee of 1.25million back in 94. When you think of it the hefty judgement was nothing compared to these modern times, players of this footballing time who cost 30 million dont match Phil for determination, grit, and love for the game! A legendary figuire who never recieved the acclaim he deserved, a dedicated family man who's shyness never stopped him from giving his all in the most renowned game in the world. will be sadly missed for his true personality and unparraleled stance.
