I graduated with Bradley, Chunk, Tyler, and Charlie. I still remember that day like it were yesterday. I got the phone call from another friend shortly after it had happened. I fell to my knees and I was in shock. Bradely had that smile that made you just love him and the bounce in his step. I remeber him talking about all the hot chicks him and his brother picked up, cracked me up everytime. Chunk had a laugh like no other, a big teddy bear. I never imagined Tyler causing the pain he caused that day. I'm thankfull that Charlie survived, I wish they all did. I miss them so much it still hurts knowing that they are gone and aren't coming back. My heart goes out to all the families that have lost their son or daughter. I knew Jordanne through Tyler she was a great person and had a beautiful smile. I met Lianna through some of my other friends, I didn't know Katrina or Lindsey very well. I miss my friends and I think about that day they were taken away from us quite often. Crandon Angels.... Gone but Never Forgotten!! I love and miss you guys!

Blood In My Locker - The Motion Picture James Miller Productions would like to respond to some concerns over the motion picture, "Blood In My Locker" which is to start shooting in Metro Vancouver in August 2008. The motion picture, although having a scene involving a mass school shooting, is being produced to educate and inform on prevention of violence and helping persons at risk of becoming violent in schools and communities. The film tells the story of four teens who face challenges and must learn to overcome them. Detailing the methods that work for three of the four while the fourth teen "falls through the cracks", it will be a gritty, shocking and graphic look at issues facing today's youth. It will not sensationalize the fourth individual and in fact will demonstarte ways that the youth is overlooked along with many warning signs and cries for help before he takes lives of fellow students and school staff. This film will be sure to fire up emotions and debate over the issues and act as a stepping stone for people of all ages and backgrounds to gain a further understanding of the issue and of how to identify risk factors and indicators. James Miller, the script writer - producer and director has been working in the area of violence awareness and intervention for many years. He sees this film as a way to get the message out to the mass public. The film is sure to cause some debate and may be very emotional for some people to watch but at the end of the day, this film will prevent the loss of lives. That is the goal of the project. This will be a hollywood style movie that delivers an impactful message. Within the first 2 hours of posting the casting and crew call in Vancouver, BC Canada, dozens of people responded to get involved in this project in order to be a part of something they know will have a long lasting effect. James says, " I am not here to glorify the individuals who have taken the lives of our children in schools around the globe. The sensationalism will be focused on the characters in the movie who are able to get help and admit they need outside assistance with their problems. The ones who recognise their own vulnerabilities and issues and are able to find the help they did not know was there. The ones who felt so alone and isolated by their issues and found that when they did get help, there were many others going through the same struggles and they were not alone after all. I know that some people will be upset with this project and I have already received some very intense communications against the project but that will not stop this project. It needs to be done." James Miller is the Founding Director of the internationally recognized organization, "E.N.D. Youth Violence" (www.youthandviolence.com) and author of the book, The Three Keys To Youth Crime Prevention" being released later this year by Rowman and Littlefield Educational Publishing. James is also the Owner and President of James Miller Productions and several subsidiary companies. He has worked on many projects in the production industry and has also played small roles as an actor and comedian in several projects. He further stated, " I know how emotional this topic can be. I worked with victims of the Columbine tragedy to block the release of a video game that allowed players to re-enact the massacre. I assure everyone this will be something that at the end of the day will have a positive impact on the people who see the movie and the issue of Youth Violence as a whole. i never knew any of the people tht were involved in the shooting but i use to live in crandon i would have never thought that this would have happened. i didnt even no them my cousin did but yet i cried so hard because i new tht other familys were attached to them and now their lives are changed forever, that path they were once on before faded away. we may not see them in person or hear there voices but we can still see and hear them in our hearts. My prayers go out to everyone whos hearts were torn apart by this shooting. Prayers from carissa gunderson and her family

I knew Tyler. Never could I have dreamt of the pain he would cause. Never would I have dreamt he loved her so much. Never would I have dreamt I would remember him in such a sad way. Never would I have dreamt my heart could ache for victims and families i did not know. Never would I have dreamt it would be so close to home.

My memories were of Jordanne. I went to school and graduated with her. She was an awesome person and I still cannot believe to this day that she is gone and will always be gone. Probably the most recent memories that I have of her is when we were in senior study hall and we would just sit and talk all hour. She was a really good friend, and person. People like her are really hard to come by anymore, and i am glad that I had the privelage of knowing her.

Most of my memories were with lindsey. We grew up as kids together. Her 6th birthday I was the only one that came.It was an awsome party.Lindsey's brother was there too. We had cake and ice cream, There was a pinata, and there was something else but it was in the auditoruim of the old crandon high school where the party was held. There's a whole lot more memories to share but the one I cherish the most is, that she was my friend. Now all I can say is Good Bye...

I always saw Katrina in the halls at middle school...she was a really quiet gurl didn't really talk that much, but she was very kind and very dedicated!! Still can't believe that she's gone...even though I wasn't as close to her I feel the pain...it's hard to loose someone you know! My prayers go out for her and her family also to the other victims and their families! Let her be remembered this Christmas...not with tears; with smiles because she was always smiling!!

I am a senior at Crandon and was very good friends with Katrina and LiAnna...LiAnna and I were friends since i moved here in 3rd grade, almost 9 1/2 years ago...Katrina and I were good friends in 5th grade and slowly slipped away from eachother, later becoming good friends again our junior and senior year. I was also friends with Jordanne, Bradley, Lindsey and Charlie. I stopped hanging out with Bradley and Charlie a couple to a few years ago...Now there was only the occasional party I would see them at and throw a drunk hello. Jordanne was always a sweet girl, we didn't know eachother that well but everytime we saw eachother we would say hi...Lindsey was a little sweetheart and always had something quarky to say...All my memories of these people never fail to put a smile on my face...I almost couldn't go through with seeing them in their casket...I didn't and still don't want to believe they are gone from me, from all of us...I will always miss LiAnna and Katrina waiting in the hall for Meagan and I as we came into the school from lunch...I will always miss the dirty little comments or funny stories we always told to eachother...That was a great quark about us...We always had something to laugh about and were never afraid to say anything to eachother or anyone around us...LiAnna was a very funny, imaginative, and outgoing person...What i will never forget about her is her laugh, she had the most interesting laugh I've ever heard...I'm happy I still have her sister, Lindsey, who has the same laugh...Katrina always had a huge smile on her face, even the says she was upset...I can remember when I would come in the school mad and she would make me feel better...I can't imagine a school year without them...And now I have no choice...It sucks...I don't want them gone...I wrote 4 poems about the tragedy that has happend....www.myspace.com/stiffypookie....check them out...they are in my blog...

My heart goes out to the families of this horrific tragedy. As a police officer in Michigan for many years, it's never easy to hear about tragic events involving such young lives. My deepest sorrows to all involved, as well as Tyler Peterson's family.

Wow, I can't beleive this actually happened here. I mean it is Crandon, everyone knows everyone. I now that the shock is wearing off it is becoming more real to all of us. It is going to be very hard to go on everyday without these people in our lives, but they will always be in our hearts and on our minds. I grew up with Bradley, Chunk, and Tyler. We were all best friends. Our class was really close, it just never should have happened. Oh and Charlie, we can't forget about him. Those that know Charlie and talk to him, keep close to him cause he is going to need a lot of shoulders to cry on and people to talk to. Our community is strong, everyone will stand by one-anothers sides and we'll make it. My prayers are with the families and with Charlie and his family. We'll get through this, day by day. We love you guys: You can watch over us now, and protect us. Rest In Peace- Jordanne, Chunk, Bradley, Lianna, Lindsey and Katrina.

I couldn't believe what I woke up to early Sunday morning, this kind of thing don't happen in Crandon. I knew most of the victims. Jordanne was a very close friend of mine who will always be remembered for the loving and caring kind of person she was. All of the victims families are in my thoughts and prayers.

If Tomorrow Starts Without Me If tomorrow starts without me, and I’m not there to see, If the sun should rise and find your eyes all filled with tears for me; I wish so much you wouldn’t cry the way you did today, while thinking of the many things we didn’t get to say. I know how much you care for me, and how much I care for you, and each time that you think of me I know you’ll miss me too; But when tomorrow starts without me, please try to understand, that an angel came and called my name and took me by the hand, and said my place was ready in heaven far above, and that I’d have to leave behind all those I dearly love. But as I turned to walk away, a tear fell from my eye, for all life, I’d always thought I didn’t want to die. I had so much to live for and so much yet to do. it seemed almost impossible that I was leaving you. I thought of all the love we shared and all the fun we had. If I could relive yesterday, I thought, just for a while, I’d say goodbye and hug you and maybe see you smile. But then I fully realised that this could never be, for emptiness and memories would take the place of me. And when I thought of worldly things that I’d miss come tomorrow. I thought of you, and when I did, my heart was filled with sorrow. But when I walked through Heaven’s gates, I felt so much at home. When God looked down and smiled at me, from His great golden throne, He said, "This is eternity and all I’ve promised you, Today your life on earth is past but here it’s starts anew. I promise no tomorrow, but today will always last. and since each day’s the same, there’s no longing for the past. But you have been so faithful, so trusting, so true. Though there were times you did some things you knew you shouldn’t do. And you have been forgiven and now at last you’re free. So won’t you come and take my hand and share my life with me?" So if tomorrow starts without me, don’t think we’re far apart, for every time you think of me, please know I’m in your heart. Author Unknown To the Peterson's, Paul Murray and Jennifer Blank, McCorkles, Stahls, Smiths, Thomas, Steve Schultz and Diane Bocek, you are in our thoughts and prayers. God bless you all. Charlie Neitzel, God speed.

Im Speechless. I always hear about these things happening in other parts of the world, or see them in movies, but you never ever think it could actually happen to you. Ive had family members pass away, but i was never very close to them. This experience is entirely new and i dont ever want to go through something like this again. This thing, this experience, isnt just lasting a few hours, a few days, its going to be a long process, and im not looking forward to it. Nothing has been the same since sunday morning, its like reality left and is never coming back. This whole event is so surreal i have to remind myself im not having a nightmare. You look at ANYONE'S face in the town of crandon and you get the presence of depression, sadness, and shock. You see all the interviews and read all the articles from news channels and newspapers out of town and it makes you mad because they only hear about a thing like this. They're not actually going through it. Its amazing, as much as i hate to say that word at a time like this, but its amazing that one person can stir up a community, a nation, and change so many peoples lives in just a split second. Who cares if you werent close to anyone that has passed, you feel the pain in this town anyway, whether you want to or not. You cant get pass it. My Brother could have been in that house, he could be gone right now, and i have never been this thankful in my life that he wasnt. I never thought i would be this blessed to still have him. This seems selfish, but i know how the family members of those lost are feeling. My brother lost two of his best best best best friends, being that, i grew up with those two boys. They were also like my brothers, watching out for me, protecting me,.....yelling at me when i did wrong....partying together, exchanging smiles. I hate thinking i can never do it again. They cant come back, i have to stop pretending. I hate the feeling. I have never felt such guilt in my life before. Im sooo speechless, but at the same time, i have so much to say.. Im going to miss Bradley Schultz and and Aaron Smith so much, its unbelievable. Ill never get to hear chunks laugh, that laugh...It was contagious! Ill never get to hear Bradley's stories of how many hott chicks hes picked up, or how he would describe his love for my mom, "i mean me!" Im going to miss seeing Lianna and Katrina and Lindsey in school, and im really going to miss seeing Jordanne. She was the nicest girl I've ever known, nothing but smiles. And Tyler, my brother and all his friends were close to him, they loved him and still do. Theres nothing but the point, what he did was wrong, but he can be forgiven. Rest in Peace .Bradley. Aaron. Jordanne. Lianna. Katrina. Lindsey. Tyler. You are never forgotten, and always loved.

"WALKING IN MY SHOES" I am wearing a pair of shoes They are ugly shoes uncomfortable shoes I hate my shoes Each day I wear them, and each day I wish I had another pair. Some days my shoes hurt so bad that I do not think I can take another step. Yet, I continue to wear them I get funny looks wearing these shoes They are looks of sympathy I can tell in others eyes that they are glad they are my shoes and not theirs They never talk about my shoes To learn how awful my shoes are might make them uncomfortable To truly understand "these" shoes you must walk in them But once you put them on, you can never take them off I realize that I am not the only one who wears these shoes There are many pairs in the world Some woman are like me and ache daily as they walk in them Some have learned how to walk in them so that they don't hurt quite so much. Some have worn the shoes so long that days will go before they think about how much they hurt. NO woman deserves to wear these shoes Yet, because of these shoes I am a stronger woman These shoes have given me strength to face anything They have made me who I am I will forever walk in the shoes of a woman who has lost a child.

To the entire community of Crandon,I can't begin to tell you how proud I am to be from Crandon. I was so afraid this community would seperate, but, under God's wings,we have all become ONE. To all the families, please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers, and I have been praying for you everyday.I lost my grandmother in March, and I know it is hard to let go,and at the time, I didn't think I would be able to go on,but, I did, and so will you. Just hold on to God,and he will guide you through this rocky road you are all going down right now.You now have 7 beautiful angels watching over you and they will now start to make that rocky road a little less rocky as the days go on. May God be with all of you.

My heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to the victims’ family, friends, the whole Crandon and surrounding communities. I grew up in Crandon and now live in Rhinelander and still have many family and friends in the Crandon area. I pray for strength and comfort for you all. I know that you all have been going through some tough times and there are many more tough days to come; but I hope and pray that as time goes by the pain will lessen more each day. Cherish the memories you have of your lost loved ones. Preserve your photographs as they can become yellowed and discolored over the years. I know you are not thinking of these things right now but I hope you will in time. You can scrapbook them or at least buy an album that is acid and lignant free as that is the most important things when preserving your photos. Please tell your loved ones that you love them and how much they mean to you – do not assume they know. We never know when our time or their time will come. There is a saying never go to bed mad. Well you can not help how you feel sometimes. Just because you are upset with someone doesn’t mean you do not love them. I always say – I always love you – no matter what – I just don’t always like you or not that I don’t like you – I don’t like what you did. So reach out to your loved ones make sure they know you love them and how much they mean to you. One never knows if that will be the last time you see them. Please know that your loved ones are in a much better place. You will meet up with them again someday. Until then know they are not far they are with you always in your heart and here on earth watching over us as Angels. May God be with you all!

I was born and raised in the area around Crandon. I knew everyone of the victim's families and knew some of the victims personally since they were born. Jordanne Murray is a girl I have known since she was born. I went to high school with her Uncle and her mother and father are family friends for many years. I also umpired many of the little league game all of the victims had played. I umpired games for them after they graduated and went to their graduations as I had nieces and nephews of my own that attended school with them. I hope that they are in a much more peaceful place than the horrible one they faced before the were all shot dead that horrifying predawn morning. My sympathy goes out to them all. Love Hal
