Just saw episode 6 of ER with Dr White, he was a lovely caring chap who did his utmost to put his patients at ease. We are sure his friends family and colleagues must miss him terribly. A good life lived too short. Condolences from Joe and Carol

I hadn't seen Whitey for nearly 20 years, yet I had quite a vivid dream about him only 2 weeks ago. Paddy and I had been close friends with Whitey through our late teens and twenties, having fun (always fun!) experiences in Brisbane, London and Sydney. Even though we live in Sydney now with our 3 children, we fell out of touch with our wonderful friend Whitey. Only after my dream did I think of recontacting our long, lost friend. Only I was too late He has always and will always be a part of the fondest memories of our youth. If only we could relive with Whitey that UK road trip to Robin Hoods Bay and the Little Chef experience. It was so hilarious! Finally, when Paddy and reminisce about our old friends, when it comes to Whitey, we can never resist boasting " he was the smartest of us all". In his mere 44 years here on earth look what heights he reached. We'll always look up to you, Whitey! Marg xx

Always known to us as Whitey. A special person, you were my first serious boyfriend and my first love. You introduced me to my husband and we are sad to have lost contact with you. You were in my thoughts only a few weeks ago. I was telling my 15yr old daughter that I always thought I would see you again 1 day and when I did, I would excitedly greet you and we would catch up on each others lives. Our deepest sympathies to his partner Gus and his family. We would love to meet you Gus and trade stories. RIP Whitey

Michael, I will forever remember our lunches whilst working at SOS, or "Internash" as you called it. As I dragged you from Chanel to Hermes, and back you never stopped making me laugh. I will never forget how you themed your outfit for the girls baptism, down to the Virgin Mary pendant you wore! That was so you. You went to great lengths and you were so kind to me. You were an amazing friend and a gifted doctor. I will miss you so much and I will never forget how you touched both mine and Lou's lives. xxx

Thankyou for teaching me by example how to deal with crises with calmness, a cool head and a wicked sense of humour. Thankyou for enjoying my bento boxes. Sayonara, CD MW. I will love and miss you for the rest of my life. RHS
